To start our search for your new home, we would like to ask you to register here. Housing & Co. works with a minimum budget of €1800, - to assure that we can provide the proper services for our candidates in the Amsterdam Housing market.
In our registration form we’ll ask for personal info of our candidates along with their employment status and gross annual income to give us a clear insight. Next to that we will ask your preferred wishes for the apartment such as maximum budget, number of bedrooms and location.
We’ll try and contact you as our new candidate as fast as possible through WhatsApp by sending a welcome notification. This will indicate that you are officially added to our system, and we have started our search! Housing & Co. is working on a constant base to find suitable apartments, if we find something that fits your criteria, we will send you a message with the specifications and pictures of the apartment if applicable. This message means that this apartment is open for viewing if you as a candidate are interested, we would like to ask you to respond as soon as you.
Great! This is a step in the housing process. If you have agreed to come to a viewing, we assume to meet you there at the agreed time and place. We will be present at the viewing along with the broker that we are working with, sometimes the situation will be different, but you will be notified accordingly. If you don’t like the apartment, we will not charge any additional costs and keep looking for your new apartment. NOTE: If you are not able to attend the viewing after confirmation, we ask you to cancel two hours prior to the agreed time. In case of No-Show, Housing & Co. will charge you €75, - (Excl. VAT 21%) of cost for the made effort.
Housing & Co. will begin your search as soon as you register with us and provide us with the necessary information. We will work to find the right property for you as quickly as possible and strive to find something in 2 weeks considering on the starting date of rent.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to find the perfect property for you, but we will do our best to find a suitable property in a timely manner.

If you experience any problems with the property you are renting, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help resolve the issue with you, the broker and the owner.
An energy label is a rating system that shows how energy efficient a property is. If a property is being rented out, the landlord must provide a valid energy label that shows the level of energy efficiency.
If you no longer wish to use our services or if you have found a property, please let us know so that we can end your search agreement.

This will depend on the property. Some landlords may provide a washing machine as part of the rental agreement, while others may not.
