On our homepage you can find a purple button "Find me a property". If you click the button you can easily fill in all your details and wishes that you are looking for. After your registration we will provide you (via e-mail) with a link how you can upload your documents that are needed when we apply for your new home.
After your registration one of our agents will be your dedicated contactperson through the whole rental proces. Our agent will reach out to you, via Whatsapp. Would you like to know each other more we can always schedule a (video) call.
After your registration your personal agent will start the search for your new home. As soon as we have found an apartment that will match your search, we will share more information and pictures of the apartment, via Whatsapp. Do you like the property? We will arrange an appointment to view in person (or a video call).
After the viewing you will discuss with our agent your thoughts, if you like the property we can (or will) make a proposal on your behalf, our agent will take care of this process. The answer of the landlord / realtor takes in general about three business days.
Once your proposal is accepted by the realtor we will receive the (draft version) of the rental agreement and of course we will check it first. After our review we will share the agreement with you and provide feedback. After all parties have signed the agreement we will assist you during the key transfer and of course we can help you with organizing all utilities.
